Honoka Tsujii is the best female investigator of the Japanese police. She is in the case of investigating a criminal organization that sells aphrodisiacs and human traffickers, whose boss is a black man known as Big Magnum, along with his close friend Muscle G. Honoka attacks her colleague. However, a certain foreign country received information about this operation, and they were pressured to stop the operation. Honoka is overtaken and they are eventually captured by Big Magnum.
